Partnership forum and conference at the University of Padova

Anežka Kuzmičová in Padova

Our findings and creative props were shared with international project PIs, researchers, educators and student teachers at a partnership event in Padova, Italy.

Last week, Anežka Kuzmičová presented our findings, participated in panel discussions and delivered a workshop showcasing our child-centred reflective techniques in an international research partnership forum at the University of Padova in Italy.

Together with Nina Goga (University of Bergen) of the Green Dialogues project, Justyna Deszcz-Tryhubczak (University of Wroclaw) of Seen and Heard, and Lena Henningsen (University of Heidelberg) of the ChinaComx project, Anežka was hosted by professor Marnie Campagnaro and the Padua-based BIBI programme which brings women’s biographies to Italian schools as a means of preventing gendered violence.

Trying some of our creative research props hands-on, a large group of student teachers, educators and research staff reflected on themselves as whole readers, and on how fiction and nonfiction compare in stimulating their imagination.

The partnership forum was part of a three-day conference and the full programme is available here.
